Service Decommissioning Notice: Kaptivo

Dear Partners, Kaptivo's intellectual property has been sold to Poly Communications. Consequently, the Kaptivo cloud service will be decommissioned on February 29, 2024. Please inform your customers about this change.

Important Transition Details:

• Post decommissioning, the Kaptivo Cloud Service will be unavailable. Existing devices can still operate in Standalone/Local Mode.
• Ensure all account balances with Enghouse are cleared before the decommissioning date.
• Kaptivo devices can still digitize whiteboard content within a local network without needing cloud services.
